What is the return policy on all items?

 Due to hygienic reasons, all sales are FINAL. If you receive a product that looks defective in any way, please let us know within 3 business days from the delivery date and we will exchange your product with the same product, as long as it is in its original packaging. For any other issues or concerns contact customer service at help.vividbelleza@gmail.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

 

 

What shipping method does Vivid Belleza use?

 All domestic orders are shipped using United States Postal Service! Please keep in mind processing time is normally 1-4 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Choosing different shipping methods does not change the time it takes for orders to process, it just changes the shipping. We normally ship out orders on Mondays & Thursdays.

 

 

Does Vivid Belleza offer free shipping?

At the moment we offer a flat rate of $5. If we ever offer a free shipping code, all of our customers will be notified. 

 

Does Vivid Belleza ship internationally?

 Claro que SIIIIIIIII!!!!!!!!!! Yes, Yes, Yes! We offer worldwide shipping! We can't wait to see our Bellezas wearing our products all over the world! Shipping internationally normally can take up to 4-6 weeks.

Can I make changes to my order?

 Orders are normally processed and shipping out pretty quickly. If you email us in enough time that we have not yet shipped out the order we may be able to make the change, but there is no guarantee. Once the order has left our custody, we cannot make a change or cancel the order. Be sure to double check and make sure your address is always correct along with any other information provided.

 

 

 

Will I receive an order confirmation and a tracking number?

 Yes, an email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout with the summary of your order. You will then receive a USPS tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number. If you do not receive it, be sure to check your spam folder and if you still have no access to it contact our customer service at help.vividbelleza@gmail.com! For any questions about your package after we have shipped it, please contact your local USPS directly. Vivid Belleza is not responsible for any lost/stolen items after leaving our custody. 

 

 

 

Is Vivid Belleza cruelty-free? 

We are 10000000000% cruelty-free, and never ever test on any animals! 

 

 

In addition, due to COVID-19, please allow all merch up to 3-4 weeks to be shipped and delivered. Merch is shipped out from a warehouse and they are currently backed up a little bit due to these unfortunate circumstances. All merch is shipped separately from any makeup orders. Please give it time. Also, coupon codes do NOT apply to merch, just makeup. Thank you!
